Privacy Policy
Rose — an AI personal assistant operated by Jason O’Steen.
Last updated 24 October 2026.
This policy explains what information Rose collects when you exchange text messages with her, how that information is used, and what is never done with it.
Information collected
- Your mobile phone number — so Rose can send and receive messages and record that you have opted in.
- The content of messages you send to Rose and that Rose sends to you.
- Calendar items you share with Rose — appointments, times, locations and related notes that you provide so she can schedule and remind you.
Rose does not collect location data, contact lists, payment information or any other category of personal information beyond what is listed above.
How the information is used
- To send schedule updates and reminders you have asked for.
- To understand and respond to messages you send.
- To keep a record of your opt-in and of any HELP or STOP request, as messaging rules require.
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.
Messages are carried by a telecommunications provider and processed by the software that runs Rose. Those providers handle the information only to deliver and operate the service, and for no other purpose.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention
Message content and calendar items are kept only as long as needed to provide the service. Records of opt-in and opt-out are kept longer where messaging rules require it.
Stopping messages and removing your information
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. To ask that your information be deleted, write to rose@osteenassistant.com.
